Do you know any one that works for Best Buy?  If so, you should be asking them for an invite to the auction web site they run for employees and contractors.  I was lucky enough to get an invite from a friend and had a change to take a look at this auction web site.

The web site is run similar to eBay.  Many categories and all the items are overstock or discontinued items that Best Buy sells.  So you will be looking at brand names here for sure.  There also may be a floor model or two available for sale.

Either way, the products are put on auction without reserve and you are able to bid just like any other auction web site.  I am not sure if I am allowed to give you the address or embed any screenshots, so we’ll just say that I came across new 60GB PS3’s going for about $299.  That is a deal, no matter how you look at it.  If you know any one that works there, ask them for an invite.  It is available to employees AND friends, as well.
