New iPhone a Phoney?
Is iPhone going to be the new phone of the future? Does anyone else not care about getting another NEW phone on the market? The iPhone was created by Apple and is supposedly going to be the phone to have. It will arrive Friday and anticipation is mounting, but why?
This is just another new phone to have, buy, hate and throw around your house because it annoys you. In the next 3 months how many more phones do you think will be available with more options or better this or that? Probably 10!
I am not a huge cell phone fan to begin with, I have a prepaid tracfone. That is enough to get me what I need in case of any emergency or if I need to make a quick call while I am on the road. That’s it. I don’t need or what to be able to watch tv, movies, check my email, send pictures or videos from me phone. There used to be so much concern over people driving and talking, but what about now when you can do so much more with your phone?
Just my opinion of course.

i agre 100%. it is a whole lot of nothing
every silly cell phone coming out now can do everything the IPHONE can do and some more. they are going on the REAL internet thing instead of looks like. well the fact is that ANY phone that can download and run software (most now) can download a better BROWSER which is what makes the internet session what it is.
not the HARDWARE. to prove that, look at the computers in the world, from the commodore amiga/64/vic20 to the trs80/opps they are gone and the apple line itself and the 1,000’s of pc clones out there with the 100’s of operating systems like linux/unix/msdos/all 40 versions
and they all have different browsers and they all look different
i can think of 5 just for the pc market alone
to many people have been tech’d to a syntax error
they didn’t have cell phones at ALL or cd rooms, when i started in this field and now everyone is so used to it, they don’t think about or care about whats behiind it. so now theybuy anything thatthe market puts out there as if it where the latest fashion statement, and ithink it actually has become that
especially among the younger set, such as high schoolers
sad sad thing that tech has come to.
and we created it ourself
